About Sandro Rajic

Sandro Rajic is a movement innovator whose work redefines how humans understand, express, and develop physical potential. With a Master’s degree in Human Movement and ongoing PhD research in foundational movement biomechanics, he studies the deep patterns that shape performance, resilience, and long-term human capability. His approach blends sport science, coaching, and behavioral understanding to uncover the strategies the body uses under force, fatigue, and complexity.

Sandro has developed a unique protocol for assessing human movement by integrating physics, anatomy, and environmental interaction, allowing him to decode not only what someone does but why their body selects specific solutions to movement problems. A published author in sport science journals, his research and applied systems bridge high-performance sport, dance, rehabilitation, and longevity, creating a unified framework that connects biomechanics with real-world human behavior.

As the co-founder and Head of Movement Architecture at XONE Performance and the Head of Sport Science for Mustangs Lacrosse and Decidedly Jazz Danceworks, Sandro combines advanced technology with two decades of coaching experience to build precise, individualized systems of assessment and training. His work continues to influence the evolution of movement science and empowers athletes, artists, and individuals across the lifespan to unlock a deeper, more sustainable expression of their potential.
