A former varsity runner, she understands the physical and mental demands of training firsthand and believes that personalization, proper fueling, and consistency are the foundations of both performance and long-term health. She also recognizes that our relationship with food can deeply impact performance, confidence, and overall well-being, and works with clients to build a more supportive and sustainable approach. 

Her style is practical, personalized, and rooted in helping clients create lasting habits without rigid rules. Ruth meets clients where they’re at when it comes to their skills and confidence in the kitchen. Whether you enjoy cooking or want things as simple and efficient as possible, she helps you fuel in a way that fits your life. 

Education & Credentials Ruth holds a BSc Honours in Nutrition & Dietetics and an MSc in Nutrition from Western University, along with a BA Honours in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, which included a semester at the Norwegian School of Sports Sciences. She is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Alberta and a member of Dietitians of Canada.
