About Arielle Fitzgerald
Arielle Fitzgerald is an endurance athlete and health educator whose career sits at the intersection of sport, nutrition, and holistic well-being. A lifelong runner and former ultra-distance athlete, she has proudly represented Team Canada in ultramarathon and obstacle course racing and holds two Guinness World Records. Although her competitive roots over the last several years have been in endurance sports, Arielle has a deep passion for her childhood sport of track and field and believes strongly that adults can and should continue to sprint, jump, and explore movement in playful, high-performance ways.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education with a focus on Sport Management, along with a diploma in Holistic Health and additional training in nutrition. Her academic background reflects her belief that true performance is grounded in how we nourish, recover, and care for the body. Throughout her career, she has combined science-based learning with real-world experience, coaching athletes, building community programs, and connecting like-minded individuals to advance human excellence and movement. Rooted in both personal experience and formal education, Arielle brings a unique perspective on the interplay between performance, health, and sustainable training for women at every level.
