About Zach Lyons-Mantyka

Zach Lyons-Mantyka is a P.Eng-designated engineer, former high-level hockey and rugby athlete, and Operations Manager at XONE Performance. His competitive athletic career, including rugby and hockey, was ultimately cut short by injury. Zach believes that early access to precise assessment and individualized training could have prolonged his time on the field, fueling his passion for advancing human performance and longevity. Before joining XONE, Zach worked in Switzerland as a sports technology engineer, developing wearable devices that combined biomechanics, physiology, and performance analytics.

This background gives him a unique perspective on translating complex movement science into practical tools that enhance athlete performance. At XONE, Zach oversees day-to-day operations, project execution, and strategic initiatives, and is assisting in the translation of XONE Performance’s core movement methodology into protocols, products, and training systems that coaches can implement consistently. Combining engineering expertise, athletic experience, and operational leadership, Zach ensures XONE’s vision for advancing human performance is executed with precision, impact, and consistency.
