ASSESMENT & ASSESSMENT PACKAGES

At XONE Performance, precision is the foundation of progress. Our science-backed assessments expose movement patterns and inefficiencies that traditional evaluations overlook, giving you a clear understanding of how your body performs. This insight drives individualized prescriptions that enhance efficiency, optimize output, and strengthen long-term resilience, so you can move with purpose and perform with confidence.

What We Measure:

PRE-ASSESSMENT CONSULT

In-depth review of history, lifestyle, and movement goals to contextualize every metric.

DEXA scans, limb segment lengths, and precise body composition measures.

Assess, analyze, and improve sensory and visual-motor skills with Senaptec

3D motion capture (DARI), visual movement assessments, and force plate evaluation of joint sequencing and asymmetry.

VO₂ Max, spirometry, sprint mechanics, change-of-direction (COD), agility, and neuromotor coordination testing.

Golf swing, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, dance, or customized movement profiling.

Strength testing with force frames and force plates.

Isometric testing, trunk endurance, push-ups, grip strength, and functional strength assessments.

Bloodwork, metabolic profiling, nutrition and fueling insights, recovery, stress, and lifestyle metrics.

Why it Matters

Every assessment transforms complex biomechanics, physiological, and lifestyle data into actionable strategies. By identifying inefficiencies at their source, we guide programs that improve movement quality, enhance durability, reduce injury risk, and support sustainable progress. These insights ensure your training is individualized, purposeful, and effective.

How We Use The Data

Data drives every step of the process. Objective metrics allow our expert team to pinpoint imbalances, optimize sequencing, and track progress over time. Each assessment informs targeted interventions, ensuring your program is as individualized as your movement signature.

PRECISION SERVICES

PERFORMANCE HEALTH, MEASURED.

The XONE Performance Health Extension integrates advanced blood biomarkers with precision performance diagnostics to uncover hidden physiological stress before it limits progress. By looking beneath training outputs at recovery biology, fueling status, inflammation, and systemic load, athletes gain the insight needed to train smarter, stay durable, and protect long-term performance health.

BLOOD BIOMARKERS

Blood testing is used to assess internal stress, recovery capacity, and physiological readiness in the context of training load and season timing. Rather than focusing on isolated values, biomarkers are interpreted across key domains, including oxygen delivery and iron status, inflammation and immune load, hormonal balance and recovery signaling, metabolic and fueling markers, and liver and kidney stress. This allows early identification of patterns that may limit adaptation, increase injury risk, or impair recovery before performance declines.

Advanced imaging is used to assess lean mass distribution, asymmetries, bone health, and energy availability risk. These measurements support safer training progression, injury prevention, and long-term durability, particularly during high-volume or high-intensity training phases.

Maximal aerobic capacity and ventilatory thresholds are assessed to understand endurance potential, efficiency, and sustainable training intensities. These metrics help guide cardiovascular programming, monitor adaptation over time, and identify physiological ceilings that may not be apparent through performance metrics alone.

Respiratory testing evaluates lung function and breathing capacity, identifying airflow limitations or respiratory muscle constraints that can limit endurance performance. Results help determine whether targeted respiratory strategies may improve training tolerance and output.

Objective recovery data is used to assess sleep duration, sleep quality, resting heart rate trends, and autonomic nervous system balance. These signals provide insight into cumulative fatigue, recovery readiness, and how well the athlete is tolerating training stress over time.

Dietary intake and metabolic response are assessed using AI-supported food tracking and continuous glucose monitoring when appropriate. This helps identify fueling patterns that support or limit training adaptation, recovery, and performance consistency without prescribing rigid diets.

Why it Matters

Training data shows outputs, but it doesn’t reveal how the body is absorbing stress. Without visibility into internal physiology, athletes risk accumulating fatigue, stalling adaptation, or compromising long-term health.

This extension matters because it provides:

  • Early visibility into under-recovery and overtraining risk

  • Clarity behind unexplained performance plateaus

  • Greater durability through high-volume or high-intensity training phases

  • Identification of fueling, sleep, or hormonal limitations to adaptation

  • Protection of long-term health while pursuing peak performance
